PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH ! 43 PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA !
GEORGE W. BUSH AND RICHARD CHENEY INAUGURATION JANUARY 20, 2001
XXX PRESIDENT ELECT GEORGE W BUSH ACCEPTS GORE'S CONCESSION AS GORE FINALLY CONCEDES THE ELECTION!!!
XXX US SUPREME COURT RULES 7-2 TO STOP THE FLORIDA SUPREME COURT AND THE GORE ATTEMPT AT CREATING MORE GORE VOTES. THE USSC RULED THAT THE FLORIDA SUPREME COURT RULING TO START MORE HAND COUNTS WAS UNCONSTITUTIONAL BY A 5-4 DECISION. THE HIGHEST COURT SAYS RECOUNTS OF ANY KIND NOW ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL PUTTING AN END TO THE ELECTION!!
XXX US SUPREME COURT STOPS THE FLORIDA SUPREME COURT AND STOPS THE HAND COUNTS OF DISPUTED BALLOTS!
US SUPREME COURT WILL HEAR GEORGE BUSH'S CASE ON HAND COUNTS ON Monday!-The decision was 5-4 to enter a stay of ballot counting, meaning that it is very likely Bush will win the case overturning the Florida Supreme Court, that had previously over ruled Judge Saul's court decision. This may very well be the end of the line for the Gore attempt to steal the election by "interpreting" ballots as votes for Gore. There was no standard from county to county on determining what is a vote and in many counties Democrat partisans were interpreting 100's of no votes in favor of Gore, even though the voter didn't choose Gore or Bush.
GORE AND DEMOCRATS DON'T WANT TO COUNT MILITARY PERSONNEL BALLOTS, BUT WANT TO "READ" THE INTENT OF UNKNOWN VOTER'S BALLOTS!-Dem lawyers for Gore challenged all military ballots to discard as many as possible
RALLIES ACROSS AMERICA TO SUPPORT BUSH
GEORGE W. BUSH WINS THE ELECTION AND RECOUNT! GORE AND DEMS CONTEST RESULT! WANT HAND RECOUNTS IN DEMOCRAT COUNTIES TO GAIN MORE VOTES FOR GORE-
XXX DAY BEFORE ELECTION XXX
BUSH LEADS IN POLLS!!!!
BUSH LEADS 48% TO 41% FOR GORE IN THE RASMUSSEN POLL-BUSH LEADS 46% TO 37% IN THE BATTLEGROUND POLL!!
THE FINAL PUSH TO ELECTION DAY IS ON-The last gasp of the dying Gore campaign brought about an attack on Bush of a DUI charge of 24 years ago. The dirt thrown by Democrats in the waning days had the Gore campaign saying they didn't have anything to do with it. Someone anonymously mass faxed the story about Bush to all media in a last attempt to smear Bush. Polls show the attempt may have backfired on the Democrats and Gore who did nothing to discourage the media reporting of the 24 year old incident. Mothers Against Drunk Driving knew of the charge when Bush became Governor of Texas, and the group praised Bush for his work to help discourage drunk driving.
The Gore campaign edged on the media by saying at first that Bush has to answer and not the Gore campaign. All real and credible polls show bush will win on election day unless the Gore campaign could "change the dynamics of the race". Every previous attempt to discredit Bush had failed and the Gore candidacy has become desperate.
BUSH PULLS AWAY IN STATES NEEDED-Bush pulls away in NC and Virginia as expected and is in striking position in Ca, Minnesota and Arkansas where Gore had expected to win easy (Rasmussen). Losses in these states leave Gore with no chance to win.
BUSH GOES FOR CALIFORNIA-The Republican party and the Bush campaign will spend a combined 3 million in ad dollars the last week before the election in an attempt to win the state. Polls show Bush is gaining in Ca. and Gore still isn't planning to spend ad money there with the the need to spend to make up ground in other important states. If Bush wins California there is no way Gore can win without the 54 electoral votes in the largest state.
Lee Iococca says to Michigan voters that if you care about the car business Gore is NOT for you!-The well respected auto expert and former Chrysler Chairman is featured in ads for Bush in the battleground state referring to Gore's much publicized attacks on the combustion engine as "the greatest threat to people". Gore has not backed down from his extremist environmental rhetoric since writing his book on leftist environmental beliefs.
Bush and Gore debate for last time-Gore tried to be more aggressive then in the second debate and displayed the unattractive and annoying appearance that many voters didn't like in the first debate. Bush answered the questions in a deliberate manner while Gore broke the debate rules and wanted to continue beyond his time to answer. Gore also made another gaffe when he claimed that drug companies spend more in advertising then research. Drug companies spend billions more in research and it is curious why Gore would make such a false and easy to document statistic. Gore was trying to bash big corporations while Bush showed how Gore was for big government. Bush said its a difference of opinion between him and Gore about the purpose and power of government. George Bush was very presidential and finished the last debate as the winner of the debates. Gore was expected to do well as a debater but each time used a different approach to try to get the advantage and turned off many undecided voters. Bush leads the election going into the last three weeks and is in a good position to win.
XXXUS Navy destroyer, the USS Cole, was blown up by a terrorist attack! Over a dozen American sailors presumed dead!!-A small rubber boat to help dock to refuel came next to the US Ship and exploded in the terrorist attack leaving a large hole in the side and disabling the advanced navy ship that carries cruise missiles.
War breaks out in the middle east!-Israel was hit with terrorism and strikes back at Palestinian positions in the West Bank. PLO leaders declared war on Israel and promised their people a Palestinian state.
Bush and Gore debate for the second time-George Bush wins the debate as Gore try's to change his demeanor to appear more relaxed and personable like Bush. The candidates debated for over 40 minutes on foreign policy where Bush made it clear that he was opposed to "nation building" while supporting a strong military with the main objective to win wars. Gore took the position of wanting to help countries where our interests are less clear. Bush was the winner in the debate according to snap opinion polls and focus groups. Many said Bush looked more like a leader and that they felt more comfortable with his positions such as being firm on crime with his support for the death penalty and his strong position on military matters.
Bush leads in Wisconsin by 4%, Gore's home state of Tennessee by 4% and Missouri by 4%-Bush now leads in these three very important battleground states that may decide the election if close on election day. Bush also has a one point lead in Pennsylvania where Gore had a small lead for a few weeks. A win for Bush in any of two of these states will most likely give Bush the presidency. Poll taken by Rasmussen Research.
Cheney debates Liberman-Cheney showed his knowledge of the issues and leadership ability while debating Lieberman. Cheney also displayed a sense of humor with the lines of the night. Lieberman tried to give Gore credit for the economy while taking a shot at the rich and Cheney's success as a corporate leader. Lieberman said that Cheney did very good, referring to the money Cheney made in recent years. Cheney said the success was not due to the government. Lieberman then said his wife would like if he worked in the private sector to make more money and Cheney said he was trying to help make that happen. Cheney was the winner of the debate and Lieberman didn't look very presidential or did much to help Gore. Cheney helped Bush by displaying the strong reason for why Bush picked him for V.P. giving an obvious example of the high quality of those Bush will have in his administration.
George Bush debates Al Gore!-The two major candidates had it out on issues of taxes, Social Security, Medicare, campaign finance scandals and education. Bush said Gore had fuzzy numbers on taxes and had the line of the night saying Al Gore not only invented the internet but also must have invented the calculator. Gore had claimed have taken the lead in the development of the internet. Gore also made other gaffes that have not been fully exposed by the liberal media in their attempt to help Gore by giving him the best possible spin. Bush answered a question about leadership and said he had to lead as governor of Texas when the state was hit hard by fires. Bush said he had to reassure the people and help in such a tragic situation. Gore said he too went to Texas with the head of FEMA but he made up his visit. The head of FEMA went but Gore only went to Texas at another time for a campaign fund raiser. Gore also told another of his infamous story's about a girl that has to stand up in class because she has no desk and the school room was so crowded it couldn't fit another desk. The principal said it wasn't true and that the room was only crowed the first day because they had 100,000 dollars of new lab equipment that was to be opened for the new school year science class. The girl had a lab stool the first day to use and they could have put a desk in for her but it was only the first day and wasn't because of any poor school condition as Gore tried to say.
Al Gore caught trading a Clinton veto of tort reform for campaign cash!!!-Smoking gun evidence was uncovered proving the illegal campaign contribution to Gore and the Democrats. A DNC chair to a lawyer memo said: " Sorry you missed the Vice President: I know [you] will give $100K when the President vetoes tort reform, but we really need it now. Please send ASAP if possible..."
Clinton says no, for now, to a defense for America against Nuclear attack-Clinton said for security reasons and not knowing if an anti-missile system would work, he will leave it to the next president to decide if America will have a nuclear missile defense. George W. Bush said he would build a missile defense system to protect against nuclear attack and would support a more intensive system then the limited one Clinton looked at. In a coinciding decision, the US put our anti-missile Patriot system on high alert to deploy in Israel at a moments notice if needed. These Patriot anti-missile defense systems were used with great success during the Persian Gulf war in 1990. The missile system intercepted enemy missiles in the air and revealed this previous secret defense system. Clinton, Gore and liberals have consistently opposed defending the US and allies from nuclear attack. They have also mocked successes like the Patriot system in their attacks on the anti-missile defense. Reagan first proposed an anti-nuclear defense and the liberals mocked it, calling it "star wars" as a derisive term. The reasoning for the liberal's opposition to a nuclear missile defense for America is based on their little support for a strong American defense and they want America to be vulnerable to nuclear attack believing it is more secure if American enemies could pose a threat to America and our allies.
Cancer vaccine may be possible but Gore threatens it!!-New research reported in Nature Medicine medical journal showed the near future possibility. This comes at time when presidential Democrat nominee Al Gore is threatening life saving drug company's and threatening the future research these company's do finding cures to diseases and illnesses. The threats by the Democrat party and Al Gore cause the loss of millions of research investment dollars as investors and the drug company's themselves fear regulation and the loss of a return on their investments. Drug research is a high risk venture and the added risk caused by politicians like Al Gore and other Democrats result in less medicine and the continued suffering and dying by the ill and those struck with diseases.
Al Gore tells George W. Bush to put up or shut-up! In what may be the realization by Gore of his slipping in the polls, Gore turned nasty and told Bush to explain his proposals or shut-up. Gore wanted to make it appear that Bush wasn't explaining his policies made the nasty remark to be dramatic but it made Gore look non-presidential.
Al Gore remains silent on immigration scandal -David Schippers the Democrat that was the top council on the House Judiciary Committee during the Clinton impeachment trial revealed the scandal information pointing to corruption by Al Gore. Gore pressured the INS to grant citizenship to aliens without checking their criminal history in order to get as many expected Democrat voters as possible before the 1998 election. Schippers says there where 60,000 felons who have gotten citizenship and that 20% had committed violent crimes against Americans since. Schippers told CNS News that he was not talking about just theft but said,"I'm talking rape, murder, home invasion, stuff like that." This would mean that about 60,000 violent criminals are on American streets that should never have been and that 12,000 have committed violent crimes. The Gore scheme to increase the number of Democrats for the 1998 election directly resulted in the rape, murder, attacks and burglary against average Americans.
Democrats against free speech -Little noticed is a clause in the Democrats party platform that states the Democrats call to regulate speech on talk radio and therefore all over the air broadcasts. They use the politically correct term "fairness doctrine" to hide their true intentions. This "doctrine" calls for radio stations to be forced to put on the air views they don't agree with or views the listening public isn't interested in listening to. Many would call this fascist. Free speech is saying what you want to say and not what others or government are forcing you to say.
Reno as expected didn't name an independent council to investigate Gore-Justice Department officials recommended a council because Gore took campaign money from Monks which was an illegal campaign contribution. This leaves it up to the voters to decide if corrupt government is the new way in America or will the voters restore honest government.
The Clinton/Gore administration has been the most corrupt administration in history but promised the most ethical one.
Trouble in the Gore campaign- Gore's campaign manager Brazile called George W. Bush a "white cracker". The Drudge Report reported the racist remarks first. This was not the first racist remarks by Gore's campaign manager. An earlier story had Brazile saying that blacks in the Republican party don't want to feed blacks but only take pictures with them. It is not known if Gore will fire Brazile who was once fired by the Dukakus presidential campaign. Also, Gore's son was arrested for speeding 100 miles per hour. The liberal media knew this story but hid it from the public to help the Democrats convention and the Gore campaign. The arrest was before the convention but was reported a week later after Gore's convention speech.
Independent Council Ray opened a Grand Jury to determine a possible indictment of Clinton after he leaves office. Ray said weeks back that it was an open investigation and the new news was not so surprising or of news worthiness but the new revelation of the Grand Jury had Democrats falsely accusing Republicans of bring it up during the Democrats convention and Gore's speech. The information was made public by a Democrat Judge. The liberal media helped the Democrats with their spin and false allegations. Liberal, Dan Rather of CBS, suggested that it was Republican Judges. The Carter appointed Judge admitted it, to his credit, but the liberal media and Democrats have not apologized and few expect them to.
Gore makes his speech but trails in polls. Gore got an unusual small bounce in his poll numbers and continues to trail by 5% in the well respected voter.com, battleground poll. In the last 6 presidential elections the Democrat nominee had the lead during the Democrats convention. The smallest lead was 2% in 1984 and the Democrat Mondale lost big to Reagan. Now Gore finds himself trailing or at best even, however, in a few days the small bounce will fade and Bush will lead by as much as 5-10% by early September. The Gore speech was delivered in a rambling tone and filled with government programs that the left in the Democrats party would support. Gore clearly wanted to sure up his base that he was unable to do before the convention and shows the weakness of his campaign.
Democrat delegates boo Boy Scouts o America at Democrats Convention.
